Given a rectangular (cuboidal for the puritans) cake with a rectangular piece removed (any size or orientation), how would you cut the remaining of the cake into two equal halves with one straight cut of a knife?

find the equation of the line between two centers , one the rectangle which is cut and other is the original rectangle, that line if exetended will cut the rectangle into two peices

@anonymous,

A line to cut a cake? It's a 3D figure and you need a plane to cut it.

The plane should pass through the centres of two cubes and should be perpendicular to one of the surfaca of the cube.
